YouCanSaveTheRainforest.com and YouCanSaveTheRainforest.org, were founded to empower and inform the mass public with environmental information and to launch a conservation and awareness program financed by small donations from thoughtful and conscientious people who want to act to prevent the elimination of Earth's virgin forests. Together, ordinary citizens, investors, and kind donors are launching a campaign to purchase environmentally threatened lands to protect and preserve precious lands from the continual threat of development. Making strategic real estate ventures with public input and financing will allow for periodic purchases of threatened ecological areas. Our Mission is to help be the protectors of the earth's resources, so that future generations will not fault us as nearsighted and greedy destroyers of an earth that took 6 billion years to build and potentially less than 2,000 years to recklessly destroy. The power is in like minded people making small or large contributions. Together, with a focused vision and a solid organization, we can preserve crucial habitat.

YouCanSaveTheRainforest.com and YouCanSaveTheRainforest.org, were founded in 2003 by environmentalist and political activist Jeffrey Hank. Jeffrey decided that it was time to do something and become an advocate for conservation before it was too late. YouCanSaveTheRainforest.org is owned and operated by You Can Save The Rainforest Inc., a non-profit conservation corporation that pools donations into an interest generating fund that will periodically purchase strategic wilderness for conservation, and is also dedicated to raising awareness about environmental issues, sustainable timbering and agriculture, and, hopefully soon, facilitating conservation easements for individuals wishing to save their pristine lands in wills and trusts while potentially enjoying significant tax savings and benefits.
